H\u00e6ld lunken vand i en sk\u00e5l. Derefter smuldres g\u00e6ren i og r\u00f8res godt ud. Derefter i en gryde, smeltes margarinen. N\u00e5r margarinen er smeltet, tils\u00e6ttes det kolde vand, s\u00e5 det hele bliver lunken. Derefter h\u00e6ldes den lunkne margarine over i sk\u00e5len med g\u00e6ren. Derefter tils\u00e6ttes \u00e6g, salt og sukker. Til sidst tils\u00e6ttes mel, som r\u00f8res godt ud til dejen bliver smidig og elastisk. Drys lidt mel hen over dejen og s\u00e6t dejen til at h\u00e6ve et lunt\/varmt sted i cirka 30-40 minutter. Derefter \u00e6ltes dejen p\u00e5 et mel drysset bord, hvor der formes cirka 16 boller som s\u00e6ttes p\u00e5 bageplader. S\u00e6t boller til efterh\u00e6vning i cirka 15 minutter, hvorefter de pensles med \u00e6g. Bages i ovnen i cirka 10-15 minutter indtil de er gylden brune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip!
