Sm\u00f8r, vaniliesukker og sukker piskes lyst og let. Chokoladen kn\u00e6kkes i mindre stykker og l\u00e6gges i en lille varmsikker sk\u00e5l. Sk\u00e5len stilles over et vandbad og chokoladen smeltes langsomt (husk der IKKE m\u00e5 komme vand i chokoladen!). Stil den smeltede chokolade til side for at k\u00f8le lidt af. I mellemtiden tages de sammenpiskede \u00e6g og r\u00f8res i dejen 5-6 omgange (pisk godt). Tilsidst r\u00f8res den smeltede chokolade i dejen.<br>Sigt mel, salt og bagepulver ned i en anden r\u00f8resk\u00e5l og tils\u00e6t de hakkede valn\u00f8dder. De t\u00f8rre ingredienser r\u00f8res hurtigt sammen med chokoladeblandingen. Dejen h\u00e6ldes over i brandepanden og bages i 45 minutter eller til en f\u00f8les fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chokoladeglasur (Ganache)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 dl piskefl\u00f8de<\/li><li>100g m\u00f8rkt chokolade<\/li><li>40g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fl\u00f8den h\u00e6ldes i en lille gryde og opvarmes langsomt til kogepunkt. Tag gryden af varmen og r\u00f8r chokolade i. N\u00e5r chokoladen er opl\u00f8st tils\u00e6ttes sm\u00f8rret under piskning med h\u00e5ndmikser. Glasuren h\u00e6ldes over i en sk\u00e5l og stilles i k\u00f8leskabet til den er afk\u00f8let og mere fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Samling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r b\u00e5de kagen og glasuren er afk\u00f8let, sm\u00f8res glasuren i et j\u00e6vnt lag p\u00e5 hele kagen.
