I en sk\u00e5l r\u00f8r mel, bagepulver, salt, farin og kakaopulver sammen med et piskeris. Derefter smelt chokolade og sm\u00f8r i et vandbad ved lav varme. Lad chokolade miksen afk\u00f8le lidt. Derefter r\u00f8res chokolademiksen og \u00e6ggene i melet, og r\u00f8res godt. Derefter fordeles dejen i de to springforme og bages i midten ovnen i cirka 40 minutter eller indtil kagerne er f\u00e6rdige (stik eventuelt en gaffel eller stegepind ned i kagen, hvis der ikke h\u00e6nger dej p\u00e5 gaflen er kagen f\u00e6rdig).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip!
