Derefter med en el-pisker eller r\u00f8remaskine piskes sm\u00f8ren i 5 minutter. Derefter tilf\u00f8jes en kop af flormelisen og der piskes i 2 minutter. Gentag denne proces indtil der cirka er brugt cirka 3\/4 dele af flormelisen. Test konsistensen, ved at tage en lille teske og tag en lille smule p\u00e5 skeen. Derefter banken skeen ned p\u00e5 kanten af h\u00e5nden eller sk\u00e5len. H\u00e6nger den for meget fast p\u00e5 skeen, s\u00e5 start med at tilf\u00f8je 1 spsk s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk i. Derudover tilf\u00f8jes vaniljesukker. Hvis der \u00f8nskes en anden smag kan den tilf\u00f8jes her for eksempel ahorns sirup eller kakaopulver, men v\u00e6r dog opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 konsistensen. Derefter piskes den resterende m\u00e6ngde flormelis i, indtil der ikke er mere (pisk stadig i 2 minutter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skumfidus frosting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 \u00e6ggehvider<\/li><li>450g sukker<\/li><li>\u00bd tsk vinsyre<\/li><li>1\/8 tsk salt<\/li><li>2 tsk vanilje ekstrakt eller essens<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f8r alle ingredienser sammen i en varme sikker sk\u00e5l. S\u00e6t sk\u00e5len over et vandb\u00e5d (sm\u00e5 koge) og pisk med el-pisker i 6 minutter (non-stop) indtil sukkeret er helt opl\u00f8st. Derefter fjernes den fra varmen og miks p\u00e5 medium hastighed i cirka 1 minut.
