Sigt mel og bagepulver sammen og tils\u00e6t salt. Pisk sukker og sm\u00f8r cremet og tils\u00e6t de mosede bananer. Pisk \u00e6ggene i et ad gangen og tils\u00e6t vanilje. Vend melet i og del dejen i 2 portioner. Vend fintrevet appelsinskal i den ene portion og smeltet chokolade i den anden. Fordel de to deje skiftevis i formen og tr\u00e6k eventuelt en kniv gennem dejen, s\u00e5 der opst\u00e5r en marmorering. Bag kagen i den nederste halvdel af ovnen 50-60 minutter. Tjek med en tandstikker\/tr\u00e6spyd om kagen er gennembagt. Lad den afk\u00f8le 10 minutter i formen og vend s\u00e5 kagen ud p\u00e5 en rist til afk\u00f8ling. Sigt flormelissen og tils\u00e6t appelsinsaft, til glasuren har passende konsistens.
