Sukker tils\u00e6ttes og herefter olien. Halvdelen af melet \u00e6ltes i og \u00e6ltes godt. Derefter tils\u00e6ttes salt og resten af melet og \u00e6ltes til dejen er sej. S\u00e6ttes til h\u00e6vning et lunt sted for 1\u00bd time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejen sl\u00e5es derefter ned og hviler et par minutter. Dejen deles i to hvor hver rulles ud til en aflang firkant p\u00e5 et mel drysset bord. Rul dejen s\u00e5 tyndt som muligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fyld<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 sm\u00e5 d\u00e5ser tomatpur\u00e9 (eller totalt 280g)<br>450g skinkestrimler<br>200g mozzarella<br>oregano<br>(og hvad man nu ellers har lyst til at have i)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejen sm\u00f8res med et j\u00e6vnt lag tomatpur\u00e9 og de \u00f8vrige ingredienser drysses p\u00e5. Dejen rulles sammen til en roulade og sk\u00e6res i 1\u00bd \u2013 2 cm tykke snegle.
