H\u00e6ld de let opt\u00f8et kartofler over i et ovnfast fad. I en sk\u00e5l h\u00e6ldes fl\u00f8deosten i og r\u00f8res op med 1\/3 del af fl\u00f8den. Derefter r\u00f8res endnu 1\/3 del i og n\u00e5r den er r\u00f8rt godt sammen tils\u00e6ttes den sidste 1\/3 del. Derefter tils\u00e6ttes m\u00e6lken og salt. Derefter h\u00e6ldes blandingen hen over kartoflerne og h\u00e6ld eventuelt lidt mere m\u00e6lk over retten, hvis kartoflerne ikke er helt d\u00e6kket. Retten s\u00e6ttes i ovnen i cirka 30 minutter ved 200 grader (eller indtil kartoflerne er f\u00e6rdige). Husk at r\u00f8re lidt rundt i retten et par gange i l\u00f8bet af tiden retten er i ovnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip!
