Derefter i en stor sk\u00e5l bland med, salt, sukker og oregano sammen. H\u00e6ld g\u00e6r opl\u00f8sningen sammen med melet og \u00e6lt dejen i 5 \u2013 10 minutter. Stil dejen til h\u00e6vning et lunt sted i 1 time. I mellem tiden sk\u00e6res skinkestrimlerne i meget sm\u00e5 tern. Det samme g\u00f8res med osten. Find en springform eller lignende og pensel med olie. N\u00e5r dejen er f\u00e6rdig med at h\u00e6ve rulles den ud p\u00e5 et meldrysset bord. Start med halvdelen af dejen.
